Ok a few days ago I adjusted my arenas ticket pricing. So I expected them to change in October. But I just noticed today that they have already been changed. I don't really care that much that they have changed early, but I though it might be some for the dev team to look at.

This is not a bug, per the News item recently ticket price adjustments take effect immediately until the end of the month.
