Lower your prices. It is just like in real life (or close to). The lower your prices are the more will show up.

I can't help but notice, that having a winning record has seemed to help.

Your prices are the most expensives!!!
Take a look to the prices that teams in your league are setting and reduce yours until these prices even lower. When you reach a point in wich you fill your arena, it´s time to start raising the prices. As other manager told you, it´s important to win games too.
Best regards.

i would say they are to low ;)

I find perfect prices means, that still one seat stays unseated, else you don't know if they are standing thousand people in front of your arena.

Well if we have to discuss perfect prices I would say that perfect prices are the ones that give you the highest total revenue.
Know I still havent figured out the soft cap but it may work out that maybe a higher price can give a higher revenue even though you are filling your seats. The perfect price is where the price elasticity is -1:-)
But again know we have to figure out the soft cap. This game is getting diffucult!!!

lowest price give you in the old system more revenue, else they would be senseless because of higher investment with lower payback and you have few possibilities to test^^

The thing is that you get much higher jumps in the profit with higher prices.

Lets make a fantasie example:

bleacher price: 20
possible visiotors: 3000
$: 60 000
cost: 600 000

bleacher price: 15
visitors: 6 000
$: 90 000
cost: 1 200 000

bleacher price: 10
visitor: 12 000
$: 120 000
cost: 2 400 000

even if i linear progression, i won't say that is it this way it only was for simple math - but the calculation in real would be even worser for big arena if you take $/cost. But if you invest early you had earlier the extra cash ;)

I wasn't disagreeing with you. I was just pointing out what perfect prices was. It is not about having a certain level of visitors but how much income you get. I the old system you gained more and more income if you lowered your prices just like in the example. Know there is a soft cap. And if this soft cap is directly on the attendance and not a function of how big the arena in fact is then we might have the example like this:

bleacher price: 20
possible visiotors: 15 000
$: 300 000
cost: 3 000 000

bleacher price: 16
visitors: 20 000
$: 320 000
cost: 4 000 000

bleacher price: 10
visitor: 25 000
$: 250 000
cost: 5 000 000

know I hope you understand what I mean. It is a really interesting subject how to distribute your ressources the best way.
So I am looking forward to knowing more exactly what is up with the new arena attendance:-)

I am getting more money right now with high prices compared to last season with low prices and high attendance. I have gotten more in the last 2 home games then ever before.

I will probably tear down some cheap seats soon and continue to build expensive ones. With them, I'll try to experiment with the price.
