hmm, maybe you are right, ...no wait, for sure you are right, there absolutely IS a diffrence, it would be totally useless to include doctors if this was not the case.
But...
maybe you are wrong about the injured players that won't need treatment if they get injured if you have a higher level doctor. Why?
Simple,
I , with Max Paine, had the same thing 2 or 3 times, injury, but no treatment needed, the player was just injured for the rest of the game, but was back in business for the next game.
o maybe it's a coincidence that you had not 'week'injuries yet... I'm not conviced that it is clear this will be the case for everyone hiring a higher level doctor, it might be some luck.
If we want to get a clue about the effect of the doctors, I think we must find as many managers as possible which each agree to keep their doctor for 1 full season, and then they keep track of all the injuries, and recover time, after the season we group results by doctorlevel, and then we have something to compare. I also think we need at least 5 people with the same level doctor to get usefull results (to avoid coincidence)...
