I was charged twice (20 000 $) for changing arena name but it was only one change. The second time I pressed browser 'refresh' button to see if the name has changed and I was charged again. I think this is a bug since arena name was changed only once.

It's not a bug, since you pressed the refresh button, giving the order to change the name again.

I do not know if the BBs would reverse this.

yeah, but the fee is for CHANGING the name. It was not a change - change is when new a name differs from previous.

If you input anything into the box, even the same name, and click the button, it acts as a change.

Refreshing the page caused that process to occur again.

it acts like but this is not a change because nothing has been changed.
It lacks data validation - this is obvious. No job done - nothing to be paid for. Clear for me.
When you transfer money in online banking system or when you use ATM you are not charged for any fee when you type amount <= 0 (your balance does not change, transfer is not done).

ok, I can live with 10k$ lost ;)
