why some trainers skill 5 have much more salary then skill 6 trainers. my is skill 5 and has 60000 salary. should i replace him with skill 5 around 20000 salary, or maybe skill 6 with around 40000 salary

Of course if u can do it. The lower salary ones would have a higher sign on fee however as everyone wants them
