Hello!What kind a coach is good enough for a newbie team?I mean what level?

I would get a level 9-10 as soon as you could afford it.

Everyone has the same coach. EVERYONE. What you seem to be asking is what level Trainer you should have.

Honestly, there is not yet enough information to prove that a level 9 or 10 trainer is any better than a level 2 or 3. That said, I would recommend a level 5 or 6, or just whatever you can afford. When I was new, I got a level 9 trainer the first week I had a team, and he really made my weekly expenses difficult (particularly after that $50k/week newbie bonus went away).

Just as a basic rule of thumb, I would say that the total weekly salary of your staff (Doctor, Trainer, and PR) should be less than the total salary of your players.

I see, thank you.I asked this question because it's more important for me the training of my player.And I understand that a coach with high level increases the speed of training ...

Again, "trainer with high level". And the higher level trainer increases training speed in theory. It has yet to be proven whether or not there is a notable difference between a level 1 trainer and a level 10 trainer.
