I noticed several times
an example PL game just going on right now.
End of second quarter I scored (time left 1:06). The other team had the ball until I intercept a pass with 18s left
as a result they had almost 50s play
take a look at that

It's a known issue. It's also a match viewer issue... and those are harder to fix.

MAtch viewer issue? mmm....means that I see that a team has the ball for 30-40 secs (viewer issue) but underneath (game engine) the ball changed around or before the 24s??
hard to believe it

Whether it is a Match Viewer issue of something else... it is a well known issue.
