In my league the all star voting showed every player with -2147483648 votes, Now the game is being played both teams have only 5 players. Whats the go with that??

Its the same with my league i'm sure there are usually starters and backups.

yeah...same sort of issues with my league. I should have posted it as a bug but I had figured it was simply a page issue rather than something carried through the game engine
