in BBAPI standings are incorrect for teams who gave walkovers

i posted 2 months ago in BBAPI forum (24751.164), but that forum is semi-abandoned

an example

but in BBAPI Stella Rossa Japigia is presented before venividiveni fb

1. In general, the order of presentation of xml elements is not relevant. If I were you, I would treat the ordering in the standings xml as coincidence, and not use its sorting as authoritative. (I can't recall if the documentation says anything about this. [Checked: It doesn't.] I also realize there is not enough information in the API output to do the sort correctly.)

2. It's ironic that Stella Rossa Japigia's owner is probably the only person who could possibly do anything about it.
