I am sorry that i start this threat , so soon , but , i just have seen , that NT Luxenbourg didn't has NT coach....
with first watch , i saw that in elections 1 and half season ago , 4 users tried to win the elections , but this 4 vote each one his self...

i have a project for all of you ,

I want to be NT coach of Luxenbourg , and to make the basic organization to the team , and put into the filosophy of the coaching one NT .

what is yor oppinion about my idea , and you have any questions to do to me ???

I'm also looking for a nice challenge and I'd love to become the national coach of Luxembourg.

I'm working in Luxembourg so I know the country and many of the potential national players I know even personally ;-)
Hereby I'd like to announce that I will candidate to become the Luxembourg National Coach and I hope that we can all lead the team into a glorious future.

Moien zusammen,

Ich suche eine schoene Herausforderung und ich wuerde sehr gerne der Nationaltrainer Luxemburgs werden.

Ich arbeite in Luxemburg und kenne daher das Land und sogar viele potentielle Nationalspieler persoenlich ;-)
Hiermit moechte ich ankuendigen, dass ich fuer den Posten des Luxemburger Nationaltrainers kandidieren werde und ich hoffe, dass wir zusammen die Mannschaft in eine glorreiche Zukunft fuehren koennen.

Falls ihr schon irgendwelche Fragen zu mir oder meiner Kandidatur habt, beantworte ich sie jederzeit gerne :-)

No joking... I'm Alessandro from Italy: I'm working on Luxembourg player's database and there are other 4/5 people with me, my staff if we should say so ;)

The path is simply and clear: we wanna lead Luxembourg NT in next Election ;)

How? We wanna find best players on the database and some other young players, according with U21 NT coach.

We've to begin the work, noone has doing it till now, so I'm not promising rank 1 in 1 season, I'm promising hard work on the database, high cooperation with coaches and some results satisfaction ;)

As you could see my ideas are really simple: if community and coaches response will be good we really should do something interesting till next elections ;)

If someone has some question we are here ;)

Just cause he's Luxembourg champion? Is it enough?

Ye of course he's #1 here but the question you've to answer to choose wisely, in my opinion, are other:

- how long did he played buzzerbeater? how he know the game and its mechanics?
- is he active in the community? doeas he listen community speaches about players and other stuff?
- are his knowledge wide enough? I mean: does he speaks with other community? has he a large forum, like italian one, where he can introduce Luxembourg players? Like BOT ones, to save them... I mean you're U21 NT coach and you probabilly know that so many good players died because their team do it aswell... wouldn't be great to find a good team with a good coach to give them a good training? There are many Italians player who are leading foreign NT team that already do so... and it works (look for Cyprus NT to make an example).

By the way Luxembourg players, and you of course, should vote for whoever you want, I'm here only to explain why, in my opinion, you've to choose me... so if other Lux players have some question I'm here to answer, a good communication is the first step ;)

Sorry; but just you are italian; and you are running well does not makes you fit for NT for luxembourg.

I am dedicated to Luxembourg and I feel we have to run our own team; good or bad.

I know how to save people; play tactics and I have 2 NT players. So I want to be NT coach.

Yes SteveMakis is good; I saw bad Italian NT coaches as well.

regardless you are good or not; I feel people need to run their own country teams. Good or Bad.

I have shown my abilities and activities from the beginning.

We're not speaking about nationality... I should comes from Burundi doesn't make difference ;)

And no, we're not talking about skills (not at all at least :D): you are certainly a good manager, you lead 1st league... And again certainly it's not a case ;)

We should talk about "Lux people should lead Lux NT" till tomorrow or "good team doesn't make good NT" aswell.


But we're speaking about:

- EXPERIENCE: right or wrong, good or bad you play bb from season 9... it's not enough, again in my opinion, to run a NT.. forgive me!
- CONTACTS: Lux forum isn't wide as Italian one... No offence it's a fact... And this is the most important thing if you want to build a NT: continuity it's the key world, if Lux lost 60% of his trained players (or if it sold them to bad coaches) because too many teams became BOT, Lux would never have continuity (or player recycling) so a good NT neither.

And hard work of course... We (me and my staff) currently working on Luxembourg database to find best players for NT (I already studied 1st division and all II) ;)


I repeat we want to lead Lux NT and we're asking for your trust and cooperation, we're here to answer your question, to work hard and try to lead Lux to some good satisfactions... but Lux people has to vote for us, and if they will prefer GOD... no problems, that will be their decision ;)

First of all I don't understand why you've to become angry... We're just talking... does my presence offend someone? I hope not :|

It's almost election time and everyone who want to became NT coach, should post and discuss with other users... Someone wants to became Bolivia coach, others Finland one... I want to became Luxembourg coach... and so? I'm tolding what I'm gonna do if Lux people will vote for me... If they prefer you or other they will vote so!

Are you NT coach already? I don't think so... You'll become it? Ok, you will need help? I'm here, did you ask it to me? ;)

You've played in French league? Wow... even Hattrick? Impressive... And? I mean it's a challenge of whom has it longer?

I repeat: Lux people (even you) will vote for Lux coach... And that's all... I should loose, no probs, till then I'm still here to give my availability ;)
