Hi there!
I had a problem yesterday, when I tried to buy a new trainer. I offered $ 693 900 for Cédric Bonnefond, but missed the end of the auction just for 3-4 minutes so that I could not see, who made the highest bid. It was not me I thought, because on the economy site there was no amount for a new trainer on the debit column. So I looked for another trainer (Rolf Körner) and made an offer over $ 306 000. I switched to the economy site, but sill no amounts of any acquisition or offer. Then the auction for the second trainer ended, I got him and then I had to recognize on the economy site, that I had allready payed for the first trainer.
The time period from the first buy and the second was short, only 5-10 minutes. So maybe the short period of time is due to the delay on the economy site. I did not watch the staff site, so I could not say, if the new trainer appeared there, but still: when I switched to the economy site after offering for the second trainer the amount of the first transfer did definitely not appear. So was it my fold to offer to early for a new trainer?
Do you think there might be any chance of getting back my hard saved money or any kind of adjustment?

kind regards
Jo Buzz

you have to be careful that you actually loaded a new version of the economy page. Also, tranfers sometimes can take a few minutes to be executed after the auction ends. You should always look to see that the staff/player you were interested in has actually changed teams. Using your economy page as a determinate is not a good idea.

We can't refund your money because we can't know that you didn't place both of those bids on staff members simultaneously, and if you did that, you prevented someone else from bidding on that staff member. That's a valid strategy, but has the risk of paying for two staff members.

... I did not bid for two trainers simultaneously. I thought, that that is not possible at all. In the past there came an error message, when I tried to bid for a second staff member of the same kind, when I had the still the highest offer for the first one.
I also tried to find the trainer to see where he went, but could not remember his name correctly and so I had no chance to find him. And if the transfer does not appear on the economy site, I do not believe, that he does on the staff page.

It's a pitty, that you do not want to refund my money, because I had definitely no advantage by buying another trainer, especially because the first one was the better one (cheaper and fitness speciality).

Instead I still think that it was not my fault and it is not fair that I have to pay for it. Also the trainer I bought first is now available again and even cheaper than before, so it is an advantage for other managers, but not for me.

And the economy page does not seem to work propper all the time as you can see by all the bugs/error messages of other users. It must have been such an error, when I tried to buy a new trainer.

I know that it is not easy for you to reconstruct what has happend and you can not be sure if I did not wanted to create an advantage for me. All I can say is that I did not even think about cheating. All I wanted was ONE new trainer. Maybe you can find some time to think about it one more time or discuss it with other officials.

However, thank you for your quick answer.
Best regards
