Does the potential influence of that year, which will develop the player with the same speed, or to which level will be developed at the same speed?Please help me!

Potential doesn't affect the speed of training it only affects the level a player can be trained to before training slows

Yeah thats what i meant by saying 'before training slows'. meaning the higher the potential the more u can train before training slows.
