Since that we have a coach when our games are live.. Shouldn't there be an added spot in the staff department call head coach... I'd think it be cool.. What about you guys????

aren't you a kind of head coach, i mean you could decide the gameplan and the lineup.

And for the little adjustment there are also a coach.

but i'm just saying that you just like you have a PR, A doctor, A trainer... Adding a Head Coach, Assistant, etc.. shouldn't be challenging to do...

Make the game realistic as can be........ and thats what we all want right???????

Would also just make the rich teams better and not really add value to the game. Its better we are all on even ground. All of us are coached by Red Auerbach and Isiah Thomas at times
