Last season I trained for out defense,and I found in 2-3 weeks the player can upgrade in OD.The trainer is in level 4.
But in this season, I trained for OD too, but I found 3-4 weeks the player can upgrade in OD.The Trainer is in level 5.
The players are 18 and the height are shorter than 6'3".
Is there any adjust on Trainning?

Training hasn't been changes between last season and this season.
