A few questions here that I didn't see answered in the editorial:
How does it work? The term Private League makes me think it's like another "series" that you can set up, but it just says you can set up one additional game per week. So is it like the scrimmage system, where you can challenge anyone who has supporter, or is it a set "league"?
Are there any plans in the future to make the private league games matter for injuries, training purposes?

It is an actual league with a schedule, standings, playoff etc. I don't think private leagues should count for anything because it is a supporter feature. Allowing it to count towards minutes trained would give supporters an advantage over people who do not have supporter. Supporter isn't intended to give an advantage to anyone, it is to enhance the experience of BB.

It's "arcade mode"
Nothing counts towards the regular team in any way, shape, or form.

A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score

So would I need a full league of people will supporter to set it up, or would like 4 people be enough? Is it like the youth system in HT where people can leave/join at the end of the season?

4-16 teams, in any multiple of 2.
I don't know how you leave leagues, though.

If I create a league of say 10, and only 6 join, what happens to the other 4 spots?
Be nice to create a league with extra slots for teams to be added later.

I think all the slots have to be filled before the league will start. It wouldn't make sense to have extra slots for teams because the games would have already begun and there are no bot teams.

Another question:
Can any people follow the standings of a private league?
by the link to it I think it's not possible, but I think it should. Just a suggestion.

I guess the plausible way would be to add a Search to "Private Leagues" in the Search page, and also to add something into team's page saying that the team participates in the Private league XXXX...
and give them a League ID so people can put links to them on forums.
