When I watch games for example when a free throw is missed or a time out is called everything just stops and I reload the page and it starts over back like 3 minutes then when it get back to the time it stops, it just stops again, please help.

Are you using Internet Explorer? This is a known issue with Internet Explorer. Try using another internet browser like Firefox.
