Does anyone train Jump Range? It seems that everyone that posts something on here talks about training Jump Shot instead? Does anyone have an opinion about if one should be trained at the expense of the other? Thanks

I have heard people say tha JR is so hard to train that they just focus on JS. What do you think? If you are training SFs what is more important?

Js is more important because it is more versatile(more usefull in inside tactics), but these skills are highly connected so i try normally to have the JR around 80% of the JS on the positions 1-3.

Have you been getting good pops in JR man? Do you do 1 position or 2 position training?

How skilled is your trainer (what level)? And how young are your players? That is pretty impressive that you have had 4 pops in 5 weeks.

i think this is quite normal, if i understand him right and he also include the secondary ups like JS; DR and HN.

Oh I thought he meant that he had 4 pops in Jump Range in 5 weeks for each of his players. How many out of those 4 pops then for each player was for Jump Range?
