Dude you've been playing for two weeks, you can't expect to see a big improvement that quickly.

Technically - yes, you can train one player only (by not letting anyone else playingat that position in that week - from Friday to Friday) but no other player will train anthing else. So it is highly ineffective and no caring manager does that. Ideally you should aim for 3 players per trained position (playing 48 minutes on trained positions each).

What I've asked myself recently (don't know why not earlier ) is the following:

Does the training speed depend on the number of positions that I train or does it depend on the number of players being trained?
Let's say I train Outside offense for PG/SG. Do 5 people with at least 48 minutes on PG/SG train faster than 6 would?

I assume not but I'd like to have some other opinions.
