I have this player that I think is a good trainee and I would like to hear any fellow bb managers ideas on how you would train him (ie i would train him at passing for 600 years then i would sell him for 700 million)
this is the player
Weekly salary: $ 3 262

DMI: 6900
Age: 18
Height: 6'6" / 198 cm
Potential: star
Game Shape: average
Jump Shot: awful Jump Range: inept
Outside Def.: inept Handling: average
Driving: mediocre Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: awful Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: respectable ↓ Free Throw: awful

Experience: atrocious

ps. I know some great managers will say "he only has star potential this player will never be great but remember I dont want this player to be that great. My goal is not to make him the best in the world it is to make him the best on my team well actually far better but to give you an idea my goal for this player is to maybe make 10-20 k salary

I replied to your other thread but:

He'll be 19 in a few weeks. If you're seriously going to try to train a player for six seasons then why bother using such a terrible player to start? You can easily draft a better player than that or buy a better trainee after the draft.

The player could be decent, but it's going to take you way more effort to do it than if you start with a decent player.

Had his perimeter defense been respectable he could've been a fine point guard. But with inept perimeter D, that player is a piece of poo.

transfer list for 1k and hope someone buy him at 1k but I wouldnt with all the draftees comin up, plenty of better talents in just a few weeks with way better potential and skills. seriously if he is 5000++ salary maybe but 3k? you make me laugh btw only national team players (with superstar or above potential) "deserve" to be train to 26 (and thats a maybe)
