Is there a GM in singapore? And how will my players go in national team. I'm talking about the future as now i am new. Any1 knows?

you're national team coach picks the players. In the extended menu your country name should appear on the left and under it will be national team and u21 national team if you click on them the next page will have the name of the coach. message him if you have prospects for the team.
