Well u can figure out the draft order yourself by looking at the win/loss record of the 16 teams in your league and making your own rankings. Then use points differential etc to separate teams with the same number of wins.

You can rank your players in the order u would want them. When it comes to the draft if someone else drafts the guy u have ranked 1st u will get your 2nd choice. If your 2nd choice has gone u will get your 3rd choice and so on.
