Primarily 1 on 1. Almost everything else train driving a little as well. Exceptions: ID, Reb, SB.

But don't forget that training speed is influenced by many factors, notably age, height and potential. I think that thread refers only to Lvl 5 trainers and 18 to 19 year old trainees.
