How can I improve Offensive Flow? What skills are the most important? I guess passing is the most important but should all players of my team have good passing or only PG?

most important the PG, but also the SG and SF are possibilities to improve it.

handling too, sorry that i forget it.

For rating calculation you could use the coach parrot, it is linked on the left site in the websitein my signature. You need word or open office to use it.
