If a player is currently at Strong for Game Shape and he plays 90 mins this week or even 100 mins....will his Game Shape drop more than 1 level? Will he drop from Strong to Respectable or since he has played way too many minutes will he drop all the way from Strong to Average or Mediocre? Thanks

I've had players drop one level to respectable after playing 95 minutes, and I've had a player from two level from proficient to respectable after 92 minutes... So it is possible to drop two levels, but I don't think it will definitely happen.
