mine is approx 1k away from reaching the 50k mark... both player and staff skill...

i think you do fine... considering the season is about to end and the final position fees are about to be given... oh shoot!

OT: is there after-season fees to be received after the league is done?

You may need to be more aggressive in building your Arena.

I'm paying $79K in salaries without a second thought.

Well, looking at that, I have pretty low player salaries... $49 120... But my staff salaries are around 60k... Weird :)

49k for my players, 26k for my staff and even with that it really hard at the financial level. I'm loosing money every week and have to rely on the tv games to survive. I'm first of my league and undefeated for 16 league games but my sponsor ressources are still incredibly low and my arena was not full for the last game because I rose the price of few dollars.

I think something has to be made to correct the economic part of BB.

I think you need to spend within your means.

This is not healthy for a D.IV team:

Total Sales: $7000
Total Purchases: $429700
Transfer Balance: $-422700

In economy you have to distinguish two things, on one hand the investments, which in that case are the purchases and the running cost (which are the stable revenues minus the salaries).

This is the only way to distinguish what is reasonable.
48k salary is in my opinion really reasonable. I bought this player because I had the money due to the fact that I had really few players at the beginning of the season. I still only have 13 players, which is not much and reasonable for a D.IV teams despite the injuries.

I think my spendings are totally reasonable (I bought only 3 players). The problems comes from the unannounced salary increase in the middle of the season. It penalizaes the teams that trained well their players. My second best player is an 18 year old center that I have and train since the beginning. And since I started his salary increaed of 20%, this is what is nor reasonable.

The way the economy is managed today is really a big pain for the small teams like main. I know that it is done on purpose to help the big teams to progress quicker but by doing that you are favorizing the fact that many players are leaving the game because they don't see any interest in the game.

If your finances are in poor shape, then maybe they aren't.

Teams need to adjust to the economic conditions in the game. The game doesn't always need to adjust to the teams.

my finances are not in poor shape. I should be positive of about 100k after my tv game next week
I'm just saying that after being 1st of my division and undefeated for 16 games i reallly consider that the amounts i receive from sponsors (7k last week) are ridiculous. It is not healthy for the game to be negative every weeks ans wait for the tv games. I would for example thought about making the tv games less profitable and making the sponsors more profitable. This seems more fair to me that the actual system.

Teams need to adjust to the economic conditions in the game. The game doesn't always need to adjust to the teams.

I don't think either, but I do think that BB as to make something to preventig so many players from quitting the game.
