does your scouting get updated with the training time or income and expenses? like i have 1 scouting per week so will i find out about a new on fridays or when my income gets updated

The money gets taken out as part of the financial update. However u only see the results of your scouting at the end of the season when the draft info is released. After the draft info is released any scouting done is for the following seasons draft.

I think he doesn't ask when you see draft results, he wants to learn when the draft is updated and when you add the players to your scouted players portfolio. it should be with the economic update since the money goes put of pocket at that particular date.
anyway maybe he wasn't asking that LOL
