Dear Mr. James,

I sent you a BB-mail last Saturday (yes, that's 7 whole days ago) to ask why my 19yo PG was dropped from the team but you haven't even read the message yet.

It's not as if my player was playing anyway I guess, as the U21s haven't played a single game since the beginning of November because no scrimmages have been scheduled...

You have been managing your club team pretty well, making it to the playoff final of your English III league. You have been logging into BB regularly and I've seen you online several times this week. In fact, you are online right now: (91066)

So, Rick, if you're reading this...

1. Why don't you read BBmails which are obviously relating to the U21s?

2. Why haven't we played a friendly since the 2nd of November?

3. Lastly (and probably least importantly): Why was Robbie MacBride (9678528) dropped?

he really is a terrable unders manager and it is a privilage 2 ave it so take part or quit and give it 2 a willing manager (like me :L)

and arrange a scrimmage!!!!!!!!

the 3 scotts that vote him....think it twice next time. It is dangerous to put managers that suddenly appear in front of your country's future (but even though..no shame on you...shame on Rick James)


PS: I have no special interest on scottlandU21 (as a scottish player). Just that my blood would be boiling if I was on of yours

I didn't vote for him either, but he's from englandshire what do u expect?

dont think about the U21 at the moment... sorry, but it's a waste of time. -- now we just have to wait for the next election and than for sure there will be a better NT-coach!

Today the senior team has got an important match... don't forget that... and train scotish guys, this is today our major problem.

Luckily his time is going to finish...I think I'd like to take over the U-21. I tried to contact him a few times but he wouldn't even answer. Hope that this has been a lesson for whoever voted him on the last election. I ask to whoever is training young scottish players to be patient and soon they would get their little champions (hopefully) called up.

i too wanna run i love the game and had a solid season. my starting players that won most my games and the formation and strategy to go with it so i believe i have what it takes to be a successful coach plus my expensive scouting with my team has left me with a good few players coming during the draft that i can include in my matches

in the end i cam 3rd in my league 2 games of 2nd and lost in my playoff but i could have done better <--- im also honest

Which matches do you mean? If they're really good prospects and you're training them, you have to include them so that they get their 48+ minutes. And if you mean that you can include them in your U21-team-matches, then I think that's not such a good idea, because no 18 year old trainee, however good he may be, would help make the u21 team better ...

However, I don't want to discourage you to run for the job - but by the way - I think the polls are not yet open, so therefore it's probably not yet allowed to make speeches :-)
