First of all, thanks Hoddy for replying.

Though I praise and respect Namssor for what he has achieved with the NT, I believe that personally I have a good view on what the team requires. I understand that I would have some very big shoes to fill indeed, but what I hope to use a lot of if I get the position is too take an immediate roster review and really focus on the core requirements for the team.

With all due respect, I believe that as Namssor did well last season, he will not worry about the roster too much and consequentially may miss some possible promising suspects. I may very well be wrong and if so, I don't particularly mind.

I also thank you for asking about my personal goals for the Darkness. Well with a couple of great franchise players, and some ultimate role players, I believe that we can really have a go at a playoff spot. My first goal is to buy a couple of other good players too strengthen my inside game, but as a Run and Gun team, I don't really mind too much. My full court press D requires me to focus on deepening the strength of my Defence (out and in) and I will be looking at training up my new superstar potential rookie centre.

Thanks, Will

P.S: I have been improving my NZ ranking every week since I started the game and 20th place is due to not enough time to get higher, but I will.

Sorry mate, you're wrong ;-)

There are a number of sites out there where you can search for any player in any country based on age and salary. It produces a handy list sorted by highest salary for any age player you want. Therefore it's actually quite easy to search for the best talent, especially in a country with as few managers as NZ has.

As I'm sure most of you have noticed on your News page, for the last week I've been looking at all possible candidates for the NT by promoting them to the team to be able to look at their stats. I've looked at A LOT of players, anyone with even a remote chance of making it. I've fully updated our NT database that you all have access to. This will allow me to make the best personnel choices for next season. It also gave me a look at the 22 year olds I can now use from the U-21 team. I've also helped colesy by searching through the U-21s to find hidden gems for his team, and I've inputted them into the database if he wants to use it.

i have to agree with hoddy here, Tmacdamman to be fair your probably going to have your hands pretty full trying to stay up in I.1 and i think we would all be nuts to let namssor go after what he has done in his last term as coach.

Namssor has proved that he was the right man for the job while he has a big team in the NBBA and he took NZ from the bottom 50s to the top 50s in the ranking and given everyone helpful tips. So namsssor is the right person for the job. He has got my vote atleast.

Why are you running for NT Coach if nobody is going to vote for you.

This is a question and if I'm offensive sorry.

Cheers,
Cole

OK, well sorry guys, I have obviously done very wrong.

Just to clear it up, I am only going for NT manager to try, not necessarily because I disagree with Namssor's coaching tactics or whatever.
I think Namssor is doing a great job, and I fully agree with what you guys have all said. You obviously care a bit much about the game to not let somebody TRY to get a NT role.

Sorry if I've offended you for trying, guys.

I think you are all being a little harsh on tmacdaman. He's not doing anything wrong by running for NT. I think you should respect his decision and read what he has to say and if you don't have anything constructive to add to the debate you don't have to put him down.

This being said I will be voting for Namssor because I feel he has done a great job so far and don't see a reason why he cannot continue the job he has started.

tmacdaman, if I were to vote for you and you became NT, what would you do differently from what namssor has done for the past two season?

I agree!!!!
Tmacdaman has done nothing but show he has aspirations to coach the NT and tried to communicate his thoughts and ideas on what he would do/what the team needs.

No need to put anyone down when they're running for NT coach unless they're complete douchebags or Australians ;) in my opinion he is certainly neither of these :D
