To be honest, that's a Luxembourgish speciality... Many Luxembourgish don't like it if foreigners try to interfere in some way...

You could send them the absolutely perfect plan to become world champion within 2 years, they'd still say no cause you're not one of them.

So I wish them good luck in not making their NT as good as it might become with a more experienced management. :-)

yeah, they suppose to have way more better U-21 at this time then it`s at the moment... But it`s their choice what to have...

It would be nice to hear something from Luxemburg users.

Why should we comment? Why should we believe that foreign people really care about lux players?

What if its not good enough done by U21? Soren; did what he could.

So why should we care if you do a better job?

Yes Italy; Cyprus and Germany they are doing a great job. I can see other examples with foreign coaches who are not succesful and just let countries NT die.

But letting Lux players have fun and manage their own team is a right; already enough to point out and to be candidate.
Important thing is to get local attraction of the users.

No need t to trashtalk to Soren. He did what he could.

I myself hold no illusions but to keep score on saving good players from bots and nurture the players who do get training.

The point is, that if soren will be your next NT coach so wont have any coach to do job in U-21 National team as I know he can coach just one NT team.

My point is that I wanna get practice as NT coach before I`ll try to become coach of Lithuania NT. As well as I`m not willing to manage your NT for more then two seasons, I`m willing to make the base for next coach who suppose to be not foreigner and give all the data about Players that I`ll gather in those two seasons.

As GM I wont let any NT to die where I`ll be the coach because otherwise I`ll ruin my reputation and name.

I just wanna help by using my experience.

Sorry but this is a totally nosense... I speak by my point of view: If I say "I wanna take this responsability, this is my program and this is what I'm gonna do" why should I lie? I mean be a NT coach means time, work and, most of the time, issues... why should I do if didn't want to do? which would be my profit? I really can not understand...

Because if you love your country as you say, you should want best things for it... If you think that me, or anyone else, should do a better job you've to vote for him... this is a selfish discourse, you don't seem a person who's "really care about Lux player"

So you prefer to do nothing instead trying to trust someone? And if you fail you'll go for it another time cause manage your country is your right? And then again?

I repeat and hope is the last time: NOONE here suppose to be more skilled, nice or better than you, everyone, even me, come here, presented a program and speaks about how they are gonna work for Luxembourg... you come here and you say: "stfu foreign man, I'm from Luxembourg and lead NT is my right... go away"... I can't see anything else...

Hoping Lux people see how you "care" about Lux issues.

and that`s why I suggest for all of Luxembourg users to choose between ZyZla and kao© in this elections, just do not be angry on me, but none of Luxembourg users has necessary experience to make a base to build your National Team for future generations of coaches who`ll manage it.

This will probably my last comment in this thread, but what do you all think about a compromise?
Whoever wins the election (I guess it'll be someone from Lux) could take one of the more experienced guys into his NT-team?

You would probably both learn from that, I think...
