Hey, have a look at V220; this is a pure bot-league; why does this league exist? I think there are many bot teams in the IVth league... Can anyone explain me?

The league structure is fixed to make sure promotion and demotion work correctly.

well last i checked it had nothing about the caps on the arena, the new defense pos system, the walls put up to help prevent day trading, the coming and going of the free agent system, etc
