Exactly 48 minutes or more counts as 48+ minutes. On the "Manage My Team" page, if it says 48 minutes it means that he played less than 48 minutes (47 - 47.59). If it says 48+, it's exactly 48 minutes or more.

Well as long as they get 48 minutes they will get full training. For game shape i like to get my players at least around 60 minutes, so i would try and play them as a backup in another game if possible.

The loss is substantially more than 1/48, but no one really knows how much. If you want the horror-story version, ask Juice.

Some posts ago somebody told me that the difference could reach 25%!!!
It´s difficult to say the exactly difference between 48 and 48+ in % of training but as LA-Nessaja has told you it´s more than 1/48.
Best regards

I don't know about %, but difference is enough to avoid weeks when your player gets less then 48 minutes.

I agree, apart from game shape, i usually try to give enough minutes to all my players to avoid losing any % of training.

Yeah as a backup though, as a starter he could get 35 minutes which would push his minutes to high.

I don't really understand, so it's written 48 minutes, the player played let's say 47.50 minutes, will he still get full training?
