Thank you to JohnnyB that is my candidate for the future here in Cyprus! This will be my last mandate, then I will try for a new adventure.

Thank you to TassosC that has considered my purpose and he will continue on training great players with the aim to confirm himself as the best manager here (hard and harder this season!).

Thank you Pistoleros for arguing with me in the past... this offered to me the opportuny to speak about the work on this NT to everyone who wanna learn something and speak about his thinking!

Maybe on U21. If i have the same dedication for the game as now i will be the next coach. Its time for the local ppl to get over...

i'd really like to have back my pc, but this won't happen so soon. I'm really disappointed about loosing my presence here, especially with u21... i'm working on it as always, bu I really have few time to speak about it with you or johnny...

this will be the first mandate you have to fight with appoint players, we start to see a good 25-30 palyers among whom you must choice. we still don't have any "monstrous " player, but our Nt is solid, the coach is tough and he ( you) will do his best

If i send u my old cpu (core 2 duo) for free, can u built a PC fast? U just pay the transportation.

Well... Good Luck... Russia is "just a little" bigger as comunity, so I don't think you will be able in your own to my scouting resarch :-) mainly in a couple of days, because proportions are really different.

Anyway I'm sure you will do an excellent job, you're a good coach as I always told you, so... don't kick Cyprus ass! :-)

Our community developes a bit quicker, so I neednt scouting research system. Being a U21 coach assistant we use it partially. For example, I'm connected with 19 y.o. now and I also do "5 best" among guards, SFs, Centers. You taught me:)
As for NT, I will try to make perfect analyses as your ones with some additions. Hope to be successful!:)
Cyprus ass is rather difficult to kick now:)
