How does players XP gain work? As far as I know it is directly connected with the minutes a guy has played, so for X minutes played he gains a level.

Is this gain linear, or does it slow down with age or higher xp levels? Is there a difference in the type of game, eg scimmages < league < playoffs?

this link is the training speed grid, it is an approximation, but this is how fast your players will train... but keep in mind that players train faster if they are younger.

this link is the potential salary grid, which means that based on the potential of a player they can only train so high, until they significantly slow down in training.

this link helps estimate someones salary (this is useful because players salary only update each season (approximatly 3.5months))

But basically the best way to train players, is to Single Position Train two players. Somethings these players should be is 18, with High potential, and around mediocre to respectable in their primary skills.

As a beginner, I would recommend training Two Centers, that are at least 6'10'' and 18. with at least perennial all-star potential.

The type of game they are playing does not matter, all that matters is that they get 48+ minutes, or else they will get partial training. Training is based on friday to friday. So for the most part you have 3 games to get these minutes in.

Another thing, the three players you have on the Transfer list are nice, however for a center you want to alternate training Inside Shot, Inside Defense and rebounding, anything else is not gonna help your player as much. Its nice to have strong passing and strong handling as a center, however naturally centers aren't these types of players, and since they are so tall, these perimeter based skills train really slow, and stray away from your centers potential. Primary Skills also train slower if they are unbalanced, so try to alternate to keep it balanced and even. Good luck.

Thats not what i wanted to know. Every player has "Experience" as "skill", and I want to know how many minutes I need and if there is a difference in game types to get a pop in experience.

Its very slow, i cant tell you how, but i can tell you that regular playing time, NT games, play offs are factors for it.
