When training a player there is a ' soft cap' on improving him. Does anyone have some kind of guideline when players hit this cap?
I am particullarly intrested in knowing if the following player still has some quick improvement in him, or will training him be a waste of time? I hope he still has some training life in him, we have a special connection.

Just a question regarding the second post.... is that the SALARY at which training slows, or is that the DMI which training slows... or what is that in reference to?

ok thanks guys cause i've got a good player (considering the length of time I've played) rated at Allstar capability and he has already DMI close to the page.

How accurate is this list for a MVP? Because earlier on I saw guesses for a MVP for 165-195k. I also guess the salary for a legend+ is an estimate?

the problem with legend is it is 20+ as such the actual value may be above 20 and that may make a considerable difference to the salary depending on the skill. Besides you will be able to tell when an MVP player starts to hit his training soft cap as training a particular skill will not be ass effective as before.
