Let's take a second and calm down here. I can think of several reasons why you lost (and only one of them has to do with crunch time).
1) you got outrebounded by 15, that's pretty sizeable. This could have somethign to do with a possible crunch time, but this is also because...
2) you only shot 27 of 96 (or 28%) from the field, and you went 9 of 38 from 3!
If you shoot 38 3 point attempts and only make 9, you're probably going to lose, even if your opponent didn't crunch time. Run n Gun causes your team to shoot a LOT of three pointers, and if your team can't knock them down, it's going to cost you.
3. you had 25 personal fouls to his 14, which let him get 30 free throw attempts to your 21. Do your guys have bad stamina, or bad defense? Something is causing that. Also, he had a better FT % than you did, so maybe you could train these two skills in the offseason to help out some.
4. He knew exactly what tactic you were going to do. You always Run n Gun, so his 3-2 zone was obvious. Try to be less predictable, especially against bad teams where you don't need to run n gun.
Don't get down on yourself, there's no need to sell the team and rebuild.
