i was wondering if this player can get into the AUstralian U21 team:

Weekly salary: $ 6 724

DMI: 25000
Age: 18
Height: 6'5" / 196 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Game Shape: respectable
Jump Shot: strong ↑ Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: average
Driving: mediocre ↑ Passing: atrocious
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: mediocre

tell me what i can do to train him as a SF. i am currently training his OD and ID.

maybe it would be more senseful to write this to the NT of the Autralian U21...? OD and ID would be perfect...

What kind of player are you trying to train him into?

Passing is a bit low so I would focus a bit on that next.

If the right training regime is undertaken, I can foresee him in the U21 team in the future in probably another season or 2

Definitely a future prospect. Passing would be something that I would train since it's quite important for a SF. Other than that I would highly suggest that you register and post in the Australian offsite forum since it would be easier for the national coaches and other experience Australian coaches to help you out.

Ok, as always I need to make a problem and disagree :) As far as I am aware OD and ID train alot slower than PS. Since this player is still young, I would train those skills until atleast the end off the season and than start balancing out all the skills. and than train the skills as balanced as possible. I would probably make him more an outside SF than an inside SF. He is a perennial all star and I think the soft cap salary wise is 85k or there abouts. With too high inside skills you will reach this quite soon...

these are just my thoughts, remember, there are many roads to rome :)

I would give him OD for the next 5 weeks( you will probably get that ID to pop to strong). In the offseason you will have 3 weeks of only 2 games( unless you are a playoff team) That is when I would give him 3 weeks of one position passing. Then I would rotate Offensive and defensive traing until he turns 20. At that time, send me his profile and I will buy him from you...LOL..That was just a joke BTW..peace

You should also fix his weak stamina, as this will hurt his ratings when he plays long minutes in a game.
