It's been about 4 weeks playing this game, and I was content with my team until I started this massive losing streak after starting out good. So far those 4 weeks I have built my roster how I wanted, and gotten some good trainable young players. Just need a little help on where to train these guys, because I don't want to waste a season of their prime on something irrelevant.

Been training rebounding 3/4 weeks but with these players should I continue?
These 2 below are the ones I know I should focus on but I have 3 other young guys with similar potential and I want to know which one would be good to train and give the minutes too, and which to sit.

Hmm first guy is ok don't like seeing atrocious rebounding with the 2nd guy. 3rd guy his starting skills are very low which isn't ideal. 4th guy is getting a bit old, he would be ok if he was 18 or 19. 5th guy again i don't like seeing atrocious rebounding. I think you have placed to much emphasis on potential. High potential is good to have but if their skills are low you will likely lose a lot of games in the short term. If your training big men at 18 and 19 a general plan is rotating between IS, ID and Rebounding changing every few weeks or until u get a skill pop.

The last post seems about right to me. Try training 2 positions max & just move as many players into those two positions for training as possible, they need 5 mins at least to recieve any training, & 48 mins is the max, I'm sure you already new that part.
I f you are out of the cup play your two league games as you would, then for the scrimmage play everybody out of position so you can get big minutes on guys who otherwise would have recieved no training at all. No one cares about scrimmages with regards to Wins & Losses, just training minutes.

Right is not a popularity contest!
