this is my second season with my team... i came up with a conclusion, those guys don't know how to win.
i already imported a few player into my squad. they just can't win, i spend all my money on players and staff.. why can't they win.

can anyone here tell me what did i do wrong?
new zealand league II.2 Einherjar = perhaps the worse team in the globe, help me out.

this is something of a quick and casual answer, but here goes:
1) i see a lot of tactical variations, especially recently. i would be very surprised if your team had the talent to full court press or run the princeton offense well. seems to me your strengths are inside -- look inside, man to man.
2) improve your defense -- that will help you become more competitive. for all positions.
3) aim for winning the relegation match. looks to me one team in your conference is kaput, and that you are in competition with two others for positions 5 - 6 - 7. if you come in fifth, you have bought yourself time. but try to guess who your relegation opponent may be, and develop a team that can beat him.

i see why you are frustrated. you are not generally getting blown out. i would work on the players you have, build up some cash, and hope for a good draft.

as i have seen several of your countrymen sign off,

cheers

hehe your team name is the same as one team name in iceland. the team is from small village somewhere noboddy goes :)

but yeeehh you should not play princeton...play push the ball or look inside i play push the ball because i have very even team and so do you.

focus on defence in your training... and you should look for getting good triieene if you are gooing to buy a new player

Here are some ways to help your team get better:

1. You need to get your player's Game Shapes up. Allocate that training time.

2. Your team is pretty even but I think your outside is slightly better, So to me use a Run and Gun, or maybe Push the Ball. For defence, use Man to Man. Use your best outside defenders to cover their best Outside Scorers. Same goes for Inside.

3. Getting a prospect (18 years old, 4k salary or above would be nice.

Hope this helps....

I'm sort of unsure about what you mean, but are you suggesting training game shape?

Don't train Game Shape. Game Shape changes each week depending on how many minutes your player plays. Try and get your player to play between 48 and 72 minutes a week to imporve game shape to 7, 8 or 9 and this will improve how they play dramatically! If you play less than 48 or more than 72 (approximately) game shape can drop.

There is a random factor involved in Game shape though, so you can sometimes play less than 48 or more than 72 minutes and still increase game shape, but try and stick between 48 minutes and 72 minutes anyway.

Yes, I am aware.

McCrusher's post was just unclear and I wanted to make sure he wasn't suggesting what I thought the post said he was suggesting.

Okay well I bet all of the stuff I am about to say has already been said but...
1) Game shape, ya gotta let your star players rest some times, and let your bench warmers play to keep game shapes high
2) Save your money, you say you spend all your money on players well save up around 1 mil - 1.5 mil and buy maybe 10 k player. And instead of buying two 5 k sal guys, buy 1 10 k guy works much better. You gotta stop buyin crappy players. And i know look who`s talking but i have lots a money in the bank.
3) Expand your arena, for noobs one of the most important thing you must do to turn into a good team is to make money, you do that by arena revenue
