Can anyone give any advice for my team? im currently training my pf's but most weeks it goes with C's and sometimes sf's when training js any advice?

I would recommend that u train that 19 yr old PF with hall of famer potential. Use 1 position. Use only 1 position training when u can. So just train Inside Shot, Inside Defence, Rebounding, a little Shot Blocking and Jump Shot.

You can play them at Centre, it shouldn't affect your teams performance that much.

thanks but that will only work for rebounding, is, id and sb what about when i want to train js?

depending on the skills the player already has, and since you want to train a pf, if i understand correctly, a possible alternative training for JS would be "1vs1" training for SF/PF, this way his DR, HD, and IS, gets trained aswell

its not the main skill to train but it works fine at getting your player to PF-Shape
