I have a question about training.
Lets say that I have a team of 10 players and theoretically the starting lineup completes the 48 minutes needed to advance in the specific kind of training in 1 single game.
Given the fact that training lasts a week, would my players receive extra training if I change my training to anything else and in the next game they also complete another 48 minutes?
I play 3 games a week, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. If 48 minutes are complete for the starting 5 on Tuesday, would the starting 5 also benefit another 48 minutes of another kind of training in the next game, IF i change the training to something else before the game on Thursday?
