Hello Newbie here,

First what is DMI, sorry if information is in obvious place, I just can't find it. Also for starting team would it be suggestable for me to start by hiring a good trainer, maybe advanced level?

DMI = Deliberately Meaningless Index.
It is very much based on Game Shape.
Don't rely on it too much.

Yes, buy an Advanced trainer!
