ok a trivia question or a puzzle of sorts for the bb-community.

what position does this guy play, or rather what position does the bb engine *think* he should play?

the answer might reveal some interesting ideas about the economics of bb

Jump Shot: mediocre Jump Range: proficient
Outside Def.: inept Handling: proficient
Driving: prominent ↑ Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: strong
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: pitiful
Stamina: strong Free Throw: strong

Experience: atrocious

I imagine the BB engine would peg him as a SG -- possibly a PG -- but obviously this player is far away from being a contributor at either position due to low JS, OD, and PA. Looking past SB, it appears this player is much better off down low.

I'm guessing the point you're trying to make is that this player could receive a post training or two, improving him in his primaries, for free?

some good guesses and alot of right answers.

this guy just popped in driving via 2 position passing training of all things. the week before he was a power forward. that week he got outside shooting training as a wingman, and was a center after that non-pop. so in reality he could ave been at least 3 positions and maybe 4 with a very minor shift in skills

anyway the point is over 2 weeks, without single position training, the guy transferred from one dramatic end of the training spectrum to the other.

anyway, at one point i think coco (or someone else) roundly criticized my team for not owning any power forwards. but the reality is with power forwards getting an undeserved wage boost. instead of buying power forwards at a higher level and getting penalized 10k a week, might it not be worth it to buy a very nimble center, or a very burly sf or pg or sg?

anyway just my thought for the week. i know my last major purchase was with thatin mind, namely buying a center as about as close to the line as possible.

Well I'll add some feedback when I get one of my guards back. I'm thinking of running a 4 guard set with a SF at the PF spot just to see how it plays out. Either R&G or Princeton, maybe both if the first works.
