Anyone have any idea of what the highest salaried draftee may have been and what kind of skills they had? Is there an old thread similar to this? My guess is that I think there have been some in the $7,000 range, but completely unaware of any higher. Also, what is the highest skill rating a new draftee might possess - strong, proficient?

Interesting to see what those higher range guys might be so that when the draft comes, we can gauge who really got lucky.

The maximum lvl for a draftee is 7, there are sublevels so probably a draftee with more than 7k is near a pop in some skills. The draftee I've bought has 7,6k salary but I've seen something better in the past ;)
