Hi everyone

I know that wages only increase once a year but what sort of amounts do they increase by? I have an 18 yo who is earning $5.5 already and is training well and increasing skills most weeks what wage would indicate good progress?

Download the salary estimator, mentioned in this message: (100218.2). It should give you a rough estimate.

However, I would add 5-10% for the BB salary increase next season (see the news post).
