Hey,
This is my first season on BB and I think I should be making the playoffs.

My question is how do the playoffs work exactly?
Is it just 1 game a week? Are there still scrimmages?

Is attendance higher for playoffs and if so how much higher?
How much should I raise prices for playoffs?

I've been playing TIE through the season and now have an enthusiasm level of 11. Should I keep playing TIE up til playoffs?
Should I play TIE in playoffs as well? Or normal or CT?

What should I train during Playoffs? I don't want to play people out of position and risk losing, so should I just train stamina or Free Throws? What do you do?

Here's my quick answers:
1) Win or go home
2) 2 games a week unless you get knocked out, then you can play a scrimmage
3)About the same, but some of your home gate money goes to the other team, I think 40%
4)I wouldn't
5)Play TIE as long as you can, maybe even the first round of the playoffs, if your sure you'll win. But after that I'd play playoff crunch time the rest of the way, just to be sure.
Playoffs Crunch time works like playing Normal in the League -1 Enthusium point per game.
6) For me, & this is a per coaching philosophy decision, Game Shape. Have them ready to go!!!!!

ah okay. What do you mean by the final is best of 3? Run over 3 days? Or all games run on the 1 day and just have multiple games?

Best of 3 as in you have to win 2 games to win the final.

Due to scheduling reasons, game 3 is usually played the day right after game 2 rather than waiting to the next available game day

Playoffs go for 2 weeks:

Week 1 - Tuesday - single game elimination 1 v 4 and 2 v 3
Thursday - scrimmage
Saturday - single game elimination Conference final, winners of the Tuesday game
scrimmages scheduled for teams out of the playoffs
Week 2 - Tuesday - Game 1 of the League playoffs
Thursday - Scrimmage
Saturday - Game 2 of the league playoffs
Sunday - Game 3 of the league playoffs if needed

Off season processing takes place on the following monday/tuesday when players age wages are adjusted, draft etc. First scrimmage of new season is on Thursday, first league game of the new season is on Saturday.

this is the brutality of the playoffs

whole season you go undefeated a perfect season

then you face one match against an opponent who will definately POCT you and you must win or your season is over

you need to be really careful in those first playoff rounds think a lot about your tactics and be aware that your opponent will be thinking too
