I'm not sure if this is a known bug or not. Earlier in the season I had a player beat the current league record for rebounds, but the page was never updated. I decided to wait until the end of the regular season to see if it would update then, but it has not.

I don't know if this is a bug or not so I wanted to ask here if anyone else has seen this.

I heard about such a thing before.
The reaction that was given then was that it might get adapted at the end of the season.
since the season didn't end yet, it's possible it still needs to happen.

Maybe you should wait until after the play-oofs, and even after the new season has started (when you have played your first game of next season) and check it again.
If still noting changed report directly on the bugs forum.
