Greetings I have a potential U21 national team player.
I don't know if he is good enough but I have been single position training him all season and he is proficient in both inside def and rebounding and is only 18. He is Alibek Imandosov (12283776) Center. I have sent a few BBmails direct to the U21 coach but he never replies.
What can I do?
Thanks,
Xerxes
PS: If anyone can refer me to an online translator I will be happy to run my posts through there.

Has included in a national team. If will train there will be an excellent player. The new trainer of a national team will decide - to leave or not. :)

Will Alibek continue on the U21 team next season? I am assuming he will? Will he get a chance to start? He has been doing well as a backup:
Game 1 Kazakhstan U21 vs. Indonesia U21 Ali was not so good - 1-6 and 7 rebounds in 9 minutes with a 9.0 rating second best on the team.
Game 2 Singapore U21 vs. Kazakhstan U21 1-4 and 4 rebounds in 12 minutes with a 9.5 rating equal best on the team.
Game 3 Kazakhstan U21 vs. Pakistan U21 1-5 (I have to work on his shooting) and 4 rebounds in 13 minutes with a 9.5 rating the best on the team!
Game 4 New Zealand U21 vs. Kazakhstan U21 1-6 (still havent trained shooting) and 6 rebounds in 17 minutes in a bad slaughter he got a rating of 8.5 still best on the team.
Game 5 Kazakhstan U21 vs. Việt Nam U21 an amazing 6-7 and 4 rebounds in 15 minutes scoring an incredible 10.5 by far the best on the team.
Game 6 Saudi Arabia U21 vs. Kazakhstan U21 incredible 4-5 and 5 rebounds in only 10 minutes for an off the charts 11.0 rating, the best achieved by any Kazakhstan U21 player this season.
So Ali has had the second best, equal best, best, best, best and best ratings on the team so far this season. Can he get a start? He would like to see how he goes against the top opposition.
