with out knowing what levels your guys stamina are i cant really suggest how much of an issue it will be, but from what i have seen from my own team and other teams games i have watched is that you will have a decrease in efficiency in the fourth quarter on the def and off ends of the court.
depending how close your game will be this may or may not be a problem.
though i wouldnt equate a few stamina drops spread over your team to be too much of a swing of points against you.
