It used to be that Trainers' skill declined over time. Now, the rules say they ask for more money every week.
I simply want to confirm that the trainer skill level does not decline over time, rather the annoying penalty that makes you need to change is that they ask for more money every week.
Makes a difference in how I plan to go after a trainer.
