Just wondering, but are all sublevels for all skills of draftees on 0? Or do they have random sublevels for the skills as well?

Also, are the salaries for the draftees that we just got the actualy salaries, or will these also rise with the salary rise that is due to happen?

They do have sublevels, and those are the salaries they'll carry all season.
